Training methodology:

Step 1 : Define input data - Collect the input data necessary for efficient training planning. We send the client a checklist to be able to identify: the objectives of the training, and the experience of the participants.

Step 2 : Define the training program - We define the training program by effectively combining the theoretical part with the practical part.

Step 3 : Carrying out the training - The trainings are carried out in a context that allows an efficient learning process.

Step 4 : Assessment of knowledge - The training ends with a test aimed at assessing knowledge

Step 5 : Follow up - evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
